These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SlugGenius, a free online toolkit for SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). By using this site you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Description of Service

SlugGenius provides free, browser-based tools including (but not limited to): URL slug generator, bulk slug generator, SERP snippet preview, schema markup generator, robots.txt generator, 301 redirect generator, Open Graph generator, OG image generator, and GEO readiness audit. All tools are provided free of charge, supported by advertising.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use SlugGenius only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use any tool to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automated-crawl the site at a rate that disrupts service for other users
• Use the GEO Audit tool to fetch URLs you do not have permission to access
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the site
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SlugGenius — including tool logic, UI design, blog articles, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to SlugGenius and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Output generated by our tools (slugs, schema markup, redirect rules, OG images, etc.) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you create using our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlugGenius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Results produced by our tools will improve search rankings or AI citations
• SEO or GEO recommendations are suitable for your specific situation

SEO and GEO are disciplines with many variables outside our control. Tool output is informational guidance, not a guarantee of results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlugGenius and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the service is free, is zero).

7. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The site displays Google AdSense advertisements and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Clicking an ad or external link is at your own risk.
